If you change your mind you can cancel or change your order before your order is picked up by our courier service provider. After this stage your order can no longer be cancelled and you can no longer make changes such as changing the size/colour/quantity. To cancel or change your order please inform us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing your name, address & order number. Please note that most orders enter the shipping process fairly quickly, usually within 24 hours. After this time it’ll no longer be possible to cancel or change your order. However you can still make use of our returns/exchange policy up to 14 days after you’ve received your order. If you need to cancel or change an order please email us as soon as possible.
There may be some situations where we have to cancel an order before your order is delivered. Some of the reasons for this may include unavailable items, issues in processing your payment, incomplete or incorrect shipping details, cannot ship to address provided, duplicate order made etc.
If this happens we will notify you promptly and if any payment was made in advance of a product not being delivered to you, we’ll refund the full amount as soon as possible.
We make every effort to ensure your product arrives in good condition. However in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective or is not what you ordered we will exchange it for free or provide you a full refund, provided you contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your order. Please email email@example.com and attach a photo and description of the damaged/defective item.
We believe that you will be delighted with your item but there may be occasions where you feel it is necessary to return an item. We offer full refunds and exchanges, provided you email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, you must have the following:

Refunds will only be done through the original mode of payment
Exchanges can be made free of charge. However if the item has already been exchanged and you request a further exchange on that item, you will be asked to pay for the delivery charges.
If you have requested a refund for a good that doesn’t fall under the ‘Damaged or Defective Products’ policy, you will be required to cover the courier cost of returning the item to us. This will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
The above refund/exchange policy applies to items bought through special promotions/offers. If a gift was given along with your purchase, that gift must also be returned.
A product may only be exchanged for a product of the same, or lesser, value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, you will need to pay the difference. If you exchange for an item of lesser value we will issue you a refund of the difference.
Refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially by the customer. The time taken for the money to reach your bank account depends on your bank’s refund policy, please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
